Rob and Nick Carter’s latest exhibition Bloemen at RN at 5A features a collection of works created over the last 10 years based around Dutch flower paintings from the Golden Age. Mediums span from Cibachrome prints made using a Camera Obscura, to the Carters acclaimed film works and their large-scale Dutch Golden Age Collage Tapestry.
The mixed media exhibition showcases the artists pre-occupation with the boundaries between the real and the imagined, the analogue and the digital and the traditional and the contemporary.
